· Receipt of the request

Pay the file opening fee.

Study area plans and ownership papers and ensure that there is no dispute over ownership

Handing over the file to the citizen for approval by the relevant ministries

Waiting for the file to be approved by the relevant ministries

Receipt of documents after being certified by the relevant ministries

Studying the documents after their certification and putting the regulatory information on the area plan

Handing over to the citizen the signed engineering plans after placing the regulatory information on them in order to prepare an engineering plan for the building approved by the Engineers Syndicate and the Ministry of Health

Waiting for the engineering drawing to be prepared

Receiving engineering plans from the citizen

Final review of plans and ownership papers and the development of the engineer's recommendations to be presented to the organizing committee

Waiting for the committee to convene

Study the file and issue a decision

Calculation of fees in case of approval and issuance of the payment receipt

·       Payment of fees

· Delivery of payment receipt

Issuance of license

Waiting for the mayor's signature

Ratification by the mayor on behalf of the chairman of the joint organizing committee in his capacity as the mayor
